Quantum coherence versus quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relation in a mixed spin-(1/2,1) Heisenberg dimer

摘要
We investigate the behavior of quantum coherence and quantum-memory-assisted entropic uncertainty relation (QMA-EUR) in a mixed spin-(1/2, 1) Heisenberg dimer. We analyze the effects of various system parameters and the equilibrium temperature on the QMAEUR, the relative entropy of coherence and the l(1) norm-based coherence, employed to quantify the amount of coherence present in the system maintained in contact with a thermal reservoir. Our results show that quantum coherence and QMA-EUR exhibit contrasting behaviors. Specifically, high values of the equilibrium temperature have a detrimental effect on the preservation of quantum coherence, while simultaneously increasing the QMA-EUR. Additionally, we find that the external magnetic field and the uniaxial single-ion anisotropy significantly influence the quantitative and qualitative behaviors of the QMA-EUR and quantum coherence within the considered Heisenberg dimer system. These findings highlight the sensitivity of QMA-EUR and coherence to changes in the system's parameters, indicating potential opportunities for designing quantum technologies.
