Synthesis of Benzoselenazoles Catalyzed by Copper(I) Complex Supported on Magnetic Nanoparticles

摘要
In this paper, Fe3O4@bis(phenyl-imine)-CuI nanocomposite was successfully fabricated from available martials by a simple methos and well characterized by a number of techniques including FT-IR, SEM, TEM, TGA, XRD, VSM, EDX and ICP-OES. We developed a novel, attractive and highly efficient catalytic system for synthesis of 2-substituted benzoselenazoles based on utilization of Fe3O4@bis(phenyl-imine)-CuI as catalyst and ChCl-urea as solvent. One-pot three-component reactions of 2-iodoanilines with selenium powder and a broad variety of aryl acetic acids were successfully catalyzed by Fe3O4@bis(phenyl-imine)-CuI in the presence of K2CO3 in ChCl-urea; the 2-substituted benzoselenazoles products were synthesized with good to high yields. Based on the search done in the literature, this is the first magnetic nanocatalyst used for the synthesis of benzoselenazole derivatives. This procedure presents a series of advantages such as: a good library of substrates scope, simple operation, high purity and yields, high functional group tolerance, simple separation of catalyst and mild reaction conditions.
