摘要
With the deepening of port electrification, the further coupling of energy flow system and logistics system will be a key feature of the port integrated energy system (PIES) in the future. In order to fully exploit the flexible resources of the logistics system and promote the optimal allocation of resources, this paper proposes a novel energy hub (EH) planning model for the PIES considering the energy consumption regulation of the logistics system. First, the energy consumption of each link of the logistics system is modeled, and the basic framework of the PIES is built to analyze the energy consumption regulation of the logistics system. Then, with the objective function of minimizing the total cost, the planning model of PIES considering the energy consumption regulation of the logistics system is constructed. Finally, according to whether or not to consider adjustable characteristics, two cases are carried out, based on an actual example in Tianjin Port, China. On the basis of comparative analysis, the positive effect on reducing equipment capacity and investment costs is verified effectively.
