摘要
Axial flux-switching permanent magnet machine (AFSPMM) has the advantages of high efficiency and high power density, but its cogging torque is larger than that of traditional permanent magnet motor. In order to reduce the cogging torque, this paper investigated the rotor teeth skewing technology. The influence of three kinds of rotor teeth structures on cogging torque, back electromotive force (EMF) and total harmonic distortion (THD) of the back EMF of the machine are investigated by threedimensional FEA. Among them, SOCEMO algorithm was used to obtain the optimal dual-skew rotor teeth structure. The results showed the rotor teeth skewing can greatly reduce the cogging torque, and the minimum cogging torque can be obtained by skewing the dual-skew rotor teeth structure at a certain angle.
