摘要：
Stenocactus x irregularis, a new hybrid from the Bajio region of Mexico, is described and illustrated. The hybrid is proposed based on morphometric analyses of the hybrid and parental taxa. The number of ribs and the presence of incomplete ribs distinguish the new nothospecies from the parental species. In addition, we provide an updated identification key of the species of Stenocactus distributed in the Bajio region.
