NON-INSTITUTIONAL PHILOSOPHY IN RUSSIA IN THE 1990S - THE FIRST TWO DECADES OF THE 21ST CENTURY (RESEARCH REVIEW)

The proposed article is an analytical review of Russian research on noninstitutional philosophizing in the last decade of the past century and the first decades of this century. Non-institutional philosophizing is the development of teachings and concepts by some professional philosophers outside the institutional and corporate framework of the academic or educational system, in their amateur formations. Thus, in the article, I consider non-institutional philosophizing, which necessarily has textual forms of self-presentation, in the collective forms of circles, seminars and websites. Some of the university professors of philosophy in modern Russia demonstrate uncertainty, disbelief and evasiveness in their self-determination. Researchers call this "escaping from philosophical self-identity" and seek to find out its causes. One can state a clear increase in interest in the analysis of the characteristics and content of the amateur activity of Russian intellectuals. They have been studied in a number of summarizing works of a survey and encyclopedic nature. Of particular interest is research literature, which focuses on the conceptual features and specifics of theorizing of today's amateur philosophical groups and their leaders. Philosophizing is also common in Runet. There are interesting philosophical sites here, which can be called a truly new form of communication. These are philosophical clubs and amateur communities within the framework of the so-called "live journals". So, I believe that a fairly significant number of interesting works have already appeared in the domestic scientific literature that are very promising for their use as a methodological and information resource for a subsequent study of new, rapidly developing theoretical practices.
