摘要
The Cultural Heritage Information Systems, which generally deal with the domain, custody and exhibition of digital collections, experience in their processes and services the challenges of semantic interoperability, requiring that multiple repositories can collaborate with each other at a certain level of context. The present work intends to present the state of the art of research carried out on this subject between 2014 and 2021, starting from the research question: "What strategies are used to face the problem of semantic interoperability in Cultural Heritage Information Systems?". The methodology used was a systematic review of the literature, and after applying inclusion/exclusion criteria, 49 papers were selected for complete reading. As a result, an analysis report is presented, consisting of a summary of the works selected according to the presented strategy and a classification of the works based on 8 evaluation indicators. As a conclusion, it points out that the most used strategy for the challenges of semantic interoperability is the use of ontologies at several levels, and the three most common approaches are, respectively, the use of a common domain ontology, the use of multiple ontologies, and a mixed approach. using common ontology and local ontological mappings.
