Then, according to the specific actual situation of the countryside and making full use of the comparative analysis method and ecological service value analysis method, this paper makes a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative evaluation from the realization degree of planning control indicators, the protection of cultivated land and basic farmland, and the progress of spatial layout of construction land. The results show that cultivated land and basic farmland have been well protected, but due to the great potential of rural industrial and mining surplus indicators. In future construction projects, local modifications within the scope of the village can be appropriately carried out according to the construction needs of the project. & COPY; 2023 The Author.
