摘要
The rapid evolution of digital trade has initiated a transformation in global trade regulations, leading to a fragmented and diversified landscape of international multilateral rules in digital trade negotiations. This phenomenon has given rise to a multi-round negotiation pattern, where digital trade systems encompass a wide spectrum of rules, policies, and institutional arrangements. This study investigates the analysis and evaluation of a digital supervision platform within the context of a digital trade system using a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach. The research delves into an empirical examination of the digital supervision platform, focusing on two critical dimensions: supervision time and supervision stability. Experimental data analysis revealed compelling insights. When considering 1000 training samples, Platform 2 outperformed Platform 1 in supervision time (2.791 s vs. 5.893 s) and stability (97.13% vs. 91.66%). These findings underline the superior performance of Platform 2 in terms of efficiency and reliability. Feedback from 90 users provided valuable perspectives. A significant proportion of users (50) found the supervision on Platform 2 to be relatively robust, showcasing its effectiveness in meeting user expectations. The assessment of supervision cost reinforced Platform 2's superiority over Platform 1, emphasizing its cost-effectiveness. In light of this comprehensive analysis, it becomes evident that the digital supervision platform developed in this study holds substantial practical significance. Its enhanced efficiency, stability, and cost-effectiveness position it as a valuable asset in the realm of digital trade governance. As digital trade continues to shape the global economic landscape, this research contributes to our understanding of the vital role played by innovative digital supervision platforms in promoting effective and equitable digital trade regulations.
