摘要
Caprolactam is an important raw material for petrochemical products and chemical fiber, and it is also a raw material for nylon-6 fiber and resin production. This paper reviews the application of different types of zeolites and ordered mesoporous materials in Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime. The effects of topo-logical structure, Si/Al ratio, top-down processing, heteroatom loading, pore structure and reaction parameters (include solvent effect, reaction temperature, space velocity, carrier gas flow rate, additives, feed ratio of raw materials and pretreatment) on the catalytic performance of zeolite system were discussed. The active sites, reaction mechanism and deactivation mechanism of Beckmann rearrangement of cyclohexanone oxime were summarized. It is of great significance for the design of efficient catalysts for Beckmann rearrangement.
