摘要
A highly ordered lotus-root-typed TiO2 nanotube array (TNTAs) was prepared by two-step electrochemical anodization in the NH4F/(NH4)(2)SO4 composite electrolyte. CdS was grown on TNTAs by ultrasound-assisted continuous ion layer adsorption reaction (SILAR), and the effect of CdS cycle times on the performance of TNTAs was investigated. The photoelectrochemical properties of XC-TNTAs were evaluated by uv-vis curve, i-t curve and EIS curve. The results show that when CdS is deposited for 12 times, the visible light absorption of TNTAs is the highest, the maximum photocurrent density can reach 2030 mu A center dot cm(-2), and the minimum charge transfer resistance Rct can reach 153.7 Omega center dot cm(- 2).
