摘要
The key properties of cast AlSi12Cu4Ni2 alloy are elevated temperature performance. In this paper, the mi-crostructures and mechanical properties of a multiphase AlSi12Cu4Ni2 alloy formed by laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) were investigated from ambient temperature to 350 degrees C. The effects of LPBF parameters and micro-structure in AlSi12Cu4Ni2 samples on mechanical properties were systematically studied. The best operating conditions (P = 300 W, v = 1800 mm/s) are obtained. The results show that fine equiaxed grains can be obtained by LPBF forming. The strengthening mechanisms were revealed. The thermal stability of the Al7Cu4Ni and Al3CuNi phases are conducive to the excellent elevated-temperature tensile strength. The high temperature wear properties of AlSi12Cu4Ni2 alloy were investigated. Abrasive wear is dominant wear mechanism of AlSi12-Cu4Ni2 alloy at high temperatures.
