摘要
The demand for high-speed networks is increasing in telecommunications and portable devices. In this work, an RF MEMS switch is designed to be integrated into reconfigurable antennas for 5G applications in the 1-6 GHz frequency range. The proposed electrostatic RF MEMS switch requires a very low operating voltage of 3.1 V. In addition, the switch achieves an insertion loss of -0.0085 to -0.0118 dB and an isolation of -46.2 to -31.5 dB in the frequency range 1-6 GHz.
