摘要
Digital transformation should not be summarized in just technologies, but in strategies that involve the implementation of digital resources to support transformations in business models and a leaders play an essential role in this process. Therefore, the objective of the article is to verify the relationship between digital transformation and leadership in the business context. For this, a systematic review of the literature was carried out with searches in the Scopus database filtered by the terms in English: "Digital Transformation" and "leadership" or "Management Business". 214 initial results were obtained that passed the inclusion (only articles) and exclusion criteria (duplicity, publication period prior to 2019, removal of articles with restricted access and adherence to the research focus) resulting as a basis for this research 50 articles dated from 2019 to 2021. The main results indicate that although the digital transformation is expanding influenced by market demands, competitiveness and sustainability, the research identified scientific attempts to extract the profile and skills of the digital leader, in the search to create skills models and attributions for criteria for development and efficiency in managing the digital transformation.
