摘要
In order to make full use of the power quality monitor (PQM) for voltage sag location, an optimal configuration method of the PQM considering the voltage sag location is proposed. The method consists of several steps. Firstly, a co-connectivity observation-based integer linear programming is utilized to obtain a variety of optimal schemes while ensuring the observability of all state variables. Secondly, a decision tree with good solvability is employed to further filter out the PQM deployment scheme with better voltage sag location accuracy from the preferred schemes, using a large dataset of fault data generated by simulation software. Thirdly, three indicators of PQM monitoring are defined to cater to individual user needs, and the performance of each PQM configuration scheme is comprehensively evaluated using a weighting method. Finally, the optimal deployment scheme of PQMs is tested on the IEEE 39-node network, taking into account different installation costs, by generating sample data on a power system simulation platform.
