摘要
The aim of this section is to analyze the main developments in the social field in the European Union. This includes not only the Social Law of the Union in the strict sense, as hart law, but also other relevant milestones of the soft law type, given the relevance that this other regulatory technique has in the Union and especially in the social field. From a chronological point of view, we will focus on the quarter immediately preceding the current issue. Thus, this issue covers the period between November 2022 and January 2023.
