摘要
For the resource allocation from the supply chain perspective, a collaborative allocation method of manufacturing tasks and services is proposed. In this method, the cross-regional distribution of manufacturing services and the specific cooperation constraints between services are considered, and a collaborative allocation model of manufacturing tasks and services with the optimization goal of minimizing total cost is established. The improved genetic algorithm based on multilevel integer coding (MICGA) is proposed to solve the model. Experimental results show that the MICGA algorithm is better than Genetic Algorithm (GA), Generation Algorithm with Generation Gap (GGGA), and Stud Genetic Algorithm (StudGA) in finding approximate optimal solutions, the value of optimal solution obtained by MICGA algorithm can be 11.39% lower than that of GGGA.
