摘要
How to make full use of the regulating potential of industrial load, interact with multiple interests and give full play to the energy value, flexible value and environmental protection value of distributed generation, distributed energy storage and other resources under the condition of meeting the basic demand response capability of industrial users has become the focus of current research. This paper fully considers the interaction among power grid, policy, industrial park and internal industrial user units, coordinates the adjustable resources in the industrial park, and establishes the optimal dispatching model of virtual power plant with industrial load participating in the peak regulation ancillary service on the basis of building the industrial load demand response model. The genetic particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the proposed optimization model, and the optimal scheduling results are obtained. Finally, a study case is given to demonstrate that the proposed optimization model can give full play to the demand response capability of the industrial load user side, and it is economical and feasible.
