摘要
The development of smart grid is the deep coupling of grid cyber systen and physical system. In closed-loop control system application scenarios, such as automatic generation control (AGC) systems, the failure of the cyber systen will directly affect the controlled physical components, or indirectly affect the physical components through the control system. In this paper, a cyber-physical system model framework is established, a cyber-physical security assessment method considering two impacts is proposed, and the effectiveness of the assessment method is proved by testing in an AGC system of a power grid in China.
