摘要：
The article deals with the stages and directions of state youth policy implementation in the Udmurt Republic taking into account the national component. The normative documents of federal and regional levels which determine the state activity in the youth environment are analyzed. The problems arisen in the course of the state youth policy realization are noted. Proposals on perfection of realization of a youth policy at regional level are formulated in the article. The urgency of the article is caused by the similarity of the problems which concern the youth in other regions of the Russian Federation.
