摘要
This study investigated the effects of flurbiprofen axetil on postoperative pain, restlessness and inflammatory reaction in patients receiving percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL). A total of 50 patients with elective PCNL were randomized into lornoxicam (25 patients) and flurbiprofen axetil (25 patients) groups, which postoperatively received lornoxicam and flurbiprofen axetil for analgesia. At 2, 12 and 24 h after opera-tion, the VAS score in flurbiprofen axetil group was obviously lower than lornoxicam group (P < 0.05). Within 48 h after operation, the incidence of restlessness in flurbiprofen axetil group was obviously lower than lor-noxicam group (P < 0.05). At 48 h after operation, the blood TNF-alpha, CRP and IL-6 levels in flurbiprofen axetil group were obviously lower than lornoxicam group (P < 0.05). The satisfaction rate of patients to analgesia method in flurbiprofen axetil group was obviously higher than lornoxicam group (P < 0.05). In conclusion, for in patients receiving PCNL, the postoperative application of flurbiprofen axetil can effectively alleviate the pain and restlessness, reduce the inflammatory reaction, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
