摘要
The objective is to analyze the resilience and work stress of the administrative staff of this university in times of pandemic (Covid-19) and its relationship with the perception of telework. The methodology is quantitative with descriptive -correlational scope, where 251 employees participated (non -probabilistic sampling). It is evidenced a high level of resilience of the employees, low level of work stress and a positive perception of telework. Resilience presents an inverse relationship with work stress and a direct relationship with the perception of telework. The relevance of resilience in the work context studied in the face of adverse conditions is demonstrated.
