3D printing is widely used in many fields and studied. This cutting edge technology has many technical parameters to use well, and needs studying a methodology to design. In this study, 3D- printed parts which keeps in different environments and applied external force are measured to analyze a characteristic of 3D-printed parts. Geometric shape accuracy, hygroscopic characteristics, geometric shape changes for loading and stiffness characteristics was measured. From these many experimental date, 3D-printed part design methodology has been proposed.
