Highly reversible zinc metal anode modified with high-nitrogen containing covalent triazine frameworks

摘要
We successfully synthesized high-nitrogen containing covalent triazine frameworks (NCTF) as a coating for zinc anodes. The NCTF organic protective layer not only effectively separates Zn anode from the electrolyte, but also regulates Zn2+ transport path, thus inhibiting the occurrence of side reactions. Thus, Zn@NCTF symmetric cell achieves a long cycle lifespan of more than 720 h at 0.5 mA cm-2 and maintains a stable and low voltage po-larization of 49 mV. In addition, the Zn@NCTF//(NH4)2V3O8 full cell displays the reversible capacity of 195.6 mAh/g after 500 cycles at 1 A/g.
