摘要
The world of consulting is changing the models of thoughts about the management of business management, they are being used as theoretical factors for a number of ventures and business plans in consulting companies, from the 2000s to the present day, we are talking about more than twenty (20) years of brilliant and overwhelming consulting companies, who are breaking the established mold in a disruptive way. It is the turn of the administration to establish criteria of strategic models for each of the actors and create breeding grounds for perfect and harmonious competencies in organizations; This article aims to develop a multidimensional approach to strategic management based on a documentary research based on the managerial classics allowing the following questions to be answered: What are the strategic business goals used in Venezuelan management consulting firms? What are the most significant characteristics that describe the main actors in an organizational environment in the management consulting companies in Venezuela? O What are the most outstanding elements of management consulting companies in Venezuela? Among other considerations, it is worth studying the Venezuelan phenomenon in relation to consulting companies and their problems in the areas of administration.
