摘要
Due to the friction heat flow of gear during operation is easy to cause the scuffing failure of tooth surface, the heat transfer mechanism of planetary gear is researched in this paper, the thermal analysis model considering the internal and external meshing of gears is established, and the thermal characteristics is analyzed. The three-dimensional distribution of temperature field of sun gear, planet gear and ring gear is investigated, respectively, and the weak location of anti-scuffing of gears was revealed. Based on the 3D temperature field, the thermal deformation of planetary gear is studied and the stress distributions with or without temperature are conducted, and it provides a theoretical support for the thermal modification design and prevents scuffing failure of planetary gear transmission.
