摘要
Die retrograde intrarenale Chirurgie (RIRS) stellt eine Therapieoption der ersten Wahl fur bis zu 2cm gro ss e Nierensteine dar. Der minimalinvasive Eingriff birgt ein geringes Morbiditatsrisiko, hat aber hohe Steinfreiheitsraten. Eine internationale Studie verglich nun die Lithotripsie-Behandlungsergebnisse bei Einsatz zweier verschiedener Lasertechnologien: Des Holmium:YAG-Lasers mit MOSES-Technologie sowie des Thulium-Faserlasers.
