摘要
In recent years, ice storms and other high-impact low-probability events have caused spatiotemporal infrastructure failures on the urban integrated energy systems. This paper firstly proposes an improved line fragile curve considering line aging to assess distribution lines condition against ice storms. Then an urban functional division based resilience quantification index is developed to assess impacts of ice storms on the distribution network. On this basis, an urban integrated energy system resilience enhancement strategy through coordinated dispatches of distributed power generation, heat network flexibility resource and multi-energy storage system is proposed, which significantly mitigates system critical load shedding during restoration processes. The system resilience enhancement strategy against ice storms is modeled as a mixed integer linear programming problem and rapidly solved to support the emergency response and restoration process. Methods proposed in this paper are tested in an integrated 33-node and 14-node electricity-heat network. The result demonstrates that the proposed method can effectively enhance the resilience of urban integrated energy system.
