摘要
Organization will continue to grow sustainably if supported by employees who are highly committed and have participatory behaviors that are shown in work attitudes and behaviors. This study aims to analyze the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior in 235 female employees. The collected data were analyzed using SEM-AMOS statistical analysis. The results showed that work-life balance plays an important role in shaping positive employee behavior, namely OCB and organizational commitment to support organizational effectiveness. This study emphasizes the importance of WLB to increase OCB and organizational commitment in female employees who have dual roles. This study also proved to be able to enrich social exchange theory as the main theory tested in this study. The findings of this study will be discussed in -depth in this paper.
