摘要
Due to the flammable and explosive characteristics of raw materials such as oil and natural gas, petrochemical production process is a high-risk process accompanied by failures, risks, accidents and even disasters. Preventing risks and ensuring safety has always been an eternal topic in the petrochemical industry, and has received extensive attention from academic and technological research fields and production fields. Based on the analysis of some typical accident cases both at home and abroad, this paper reviews the development history, technical status and existing shortcomings of process safety technology in petrochemical production and points out three technical bottlenecks in the aspect of fault safety technology, and puts forward the idea of building three capabilities: all-round situation awareness capability, full process disaster deduction capability, and multi-level decision-making assistance capability. Review of the development status of petrochemical process technology safety and the prospect of urgent research topics in this paper are helpful for us to sort out the existing weaknesses and to clarify the ideas for future development.
