摘要
Objective: To propose good practices in safety and comfort for the adaptation of space and teaching work at home, by teachers at the Universidad Militar Nueva Granada in Colombia, considering the contextualisation of education and health at work and the perception of safety and comfort during university teaching work at home, on the occasion of the Covid-19 pandemic. Methodology: The survey method was applied to university teachers and an interview was conducted with academic managers of the HEI. Documents, surveys and interviews were analysed. Results: Protective factors for university teaching performance were identified (change of activity, physical activity, nutrition, comfort, etc.), risk conditions at home (sedentary lifestyle, mental workload, isolation, consumption of psychoactive substances, etc.), as well as healthy behaviours and good practices in the safety and comfort of teaching. Conclusion: By studying the new reality left by the pandemic and the good practices to be encouraged, the University and its teachers, as well as the educational sector, are provided with aspects of self-and hetero-regulation and care that favour well-being, health, safety and performance in teaching processes assisted with virtual technology.
