Mild and highly efficient method for synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepine using pentafluorobenzenaminium hexafluorophosphate as a novel organocatalyst

摘要
Organocatalyst are used in the synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepines. In this study, a new method for the synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepines was proposed by the reaction of 1,2-phenylenediamine, benzaldehyde derivatives, and diamidone in the presence of pentafluorobenzenaminium under mild conditions. The results show that products with high efficiency are obtained in a short time. In this project, first the optimal reaction conditions such as temperature, catalyst value, and the molar ratio of raw materials were examined, and then using optimized conditions 1,5-benzodiazepines were prepared. The advantages of this method are high product efficiency, short reaction time, and easy separation of products.(c) 2022 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
