摘要：
This is an abridgment of the paper "Teoria y practica en la ensenanza del Derecho en Espana", published in Anuario de la Facultad de Derecho de la Universidad Autonoma de Madrid, in a monographic issue - number 6, 2002 (p. 197-268) - devoted precisely to the topic of the teaching of law. The abridgment has been made following the technique of "selection and exclusion" of paragraphs and epigraphs.
