摘要
Objectives: The research problem is a lack of studies on the role of cultural awareness in the field of software engineering. There is a knowledge gap in the literature regarding how this awareness can affect productivity, software quality, and user satisfaction, as well as how it can promote a more diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity and innovation. The research goal is to better understand the impact of cultural awareness in the work environment of software engineers, including Generation X and other diversity variables such as ethnicity, race, gender, age, and distinct professional roles. The study intends to discover how diversity can improve the workplace and how hybrid work structures can benefit from this process. Methods: Systematically search scientific databases such as IEEE's or ACM's for available research. Use the method Grounded Theory to devise a theory about the problem and current solutions. Results: What role does organizational culture play in fostering equity, diversity, and inclusion in software development teams?
