摘要
Vaccine safety is closely related to national health and public health safety. Traditional traceability schemes have many disadvantages, such as easy data tampering, low reliability, blame tracing and information island, etc. With the virtues of blockchain, including decentralization, being tamper-proof and traceability, this paper proposed a scheme for vaccine traceability based on per-missioned blockchain in order to realize information security storage and data sharing in the whole process of vaccine production, transportation and vaccination. This scheme selects a per-missioned blockchain structure with a double blockchain combination, which is composed of a private blockchain and an alliance blockchain. This structure is used as the underlying architecture to establish the model of vaccine traceability, which includes the whole process of vaccine circulation. At the same time, this scheme introduces national cipher algorithms SM2 and SM3 to re-place the international standard general cipher algorithm. SM2 and SM3 algorithms have stronger anti-collision and higher signature reliability, further improving the transaction rate and autonomy under the premise of ensuring security. Experimental results show that the scheme not only has higher transaction speed and lower cost, but also is not vulnerable to malicious attacks. That means this scheme can pre-vent internal and external security attacks. Furthermore, it is highly matched with the scenario of the vaccine industry in China, and meets the requirements of relevant departments in China for independent and controllable cipher algorithm and information security, which shows practical significance.
