摘要：

A single server retrial queueing system with two phases of service for retrial customers are investigated in this article. Here, consumers are allowed to balk at certain times. The steady-state probability generating function for the system and orbit is derived by using the supplementary variable technique. The system's performance indicators and some special cases are discussed. The effect of the system parameters is examined through some numerical instances. Finally, the cost parameters have been used to execute the system's cost analysis.
