摘要
Ternary metal oxide electrodes of Mn-Co-Cu were fabricated for developing supercapacitors via a simple hydrothermal treatment. The electrochemical properties of fabricated electrodes were investigated by cyclic voltammetry, galvanostatic charge-discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. Ternary oxide outperformed both binary and mono metal oxides. The best performing electrode demonstrated good charge storing capability with specific capacitance of 1607 F/g at 5 mV/s and low value of charge transfer resistance.
