摘要
Nowadays, biochemical analysis such as cell analysis, disease diagnosis and treatment, environmental monitoring and food safety are gaining increasing attention. Optically integrated microfluidic technology exhibits the merits of high sensitivity, fast detection, and great selectivity, in which flexible optical detection techniques could be easily adopted according to the unique design of microfluidic structure and screening analysis of various scales could be readily realized based on the precisely-controlled fluidics, achieving the high throughput analysis, miniaturized reagent consumption and reduced assay expenditure. In this review, the integration of microfluidic chips with optical detection techniques (UV eVis absorption, fluorescence, infrared, surface plasmon resonance, chemiluminescence and optical tweezers), and its application in biochemical analysis are introduced, and the future development prospects of optically integrated microfluidic chips are prospected.
