摘要:
This article studies the throughput of non orthogonal multiple access (NOMA) using reconfigurable intelligent surfaces (RIS) when the source harvests power from the sun using a photovoltaic system. The harvested energy from the sun is made continuously. The harvested energy during aT seconds is employed to broadcast data to NOMA users over (1 - a)T seconds where 0 < a < 1 and T is frame duration. The value of a is wisely chosen to maximize the throughput.
