摘要
Since its original formulation, Personal Construct Psychology (PCP) has been expanding its range of convenience beyond the clinical field to many other aspects of the human experience. Its permeability has allowed many practitioners to extend Kelly's contributions to various field of application and intervention. The present paper explores organizational functioning and team coaching, starting from the idea that it is possible to consider groups and organizations as meaning-making systems. Several contributions of PCP literature are outlined and a superordinate formulation is suggested. Finally, a case study is presented in order to underline PCP's practical implications for team coaching interventions.
