摘要
Through exploratory research, we develop an approach to a migratory phenomenon of great social impact such as the brain drain, based on research techniques such as interviews and questionnaires, and obtaining relevant data from people from Andalusia (Spain), who was affected by the decision to leave his place of origin in search of a better future. Among the conclusions we highlight the job insecurity in the Andalusian territory and the lack of answers from public administrations as a decisive factor for the job placement of qualified young people.
