摘要
The purpose of this research is to demonstrate that so-ciety; education and the human being face unusual and growing problems in relation to professional performan-ce in Higher Education and are frequently led to the loss of values. the inquiry is part of a study with a qualitati-ve approach, of an exploratory type, with an epistemo-logical support based on complexity, since they seek to know the why of things, from a vision that is not biased, but multidimensional; The teacher's professional pedago-gical performance is one of the most representative di-mensions of teaching, research and links with society in Higher Education, the results show 14 indicators in each of the dimensions and their corresponding assessments that detail the main ones.
