摘要
In search of a low-carbon cement that meets the requirements of engineering applications, the composite cement (CC) was prepared that using 60% solid wastes and 40% clinker (CL) in this research. Based on the optimized design, the particle size distribution of CC is more in line with the Fuller curve than P.O42.5 cement (OPC), with smaller inter-particle voids. The 7d strength of CC and hydration heat are lower than OPC, while the 28d strength increased significantly. The characteristics of CC meet the application requirements of plastering mortar. In terms of unit carbon emission, CC is about 51% of OPC, and the effect of carbon reduction is significant.
