摘要
This study presents the development of a novel thread-based microfluidic platform integrated with the nanostructured graphene oxide (NGO) needle electrodes for high-sensitivity electrochemical detection of Piroxicam, a widely used nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID). The defect structures in the NGO needle provide electrochemical catalytic property for sensing Piroxicam. The platform demonstrates efficient separation and detection capability, showing its potential for precise pharmaceutical analysis and drug monitoring.
