摘要
Samples of 316L and 316L/Ti6Al4V composites with different ratios were prepared on 316L substrate by laser melting deposition, and the effect of composition on the microstructure, microhardness and corrosion resistance of the deposited samples was investigated. With an increase in the Ti6Al4V content, the amount of intergranular intermetallic compounds increased in the composites, leading to the increment of the microhardnes. The average microhardness of the 10, 20 and 30 Vol% Ti6Al4V composites increased by 34.1, 61.3 and 81.5%, respectively, compared with that of the deposited 316L. The results of potentiodynamic polarization measurement indicated that the corrosion resistance of the deposited 316L and 316L/Ti6Al4V composite materials followed the order of 10 Vol% Ti6Al4V > 20 Vol% Ti6Al4V > 316L > 30 Vol% Ti6Al4V. The present study suggests that the composite exhibited better comprehensive performance when the volume fraction of Ti6Al4V was 10%.
