新技术创新生态系统资源整合及其演化关系的案例研究

摘要：

本文采用案例研究方法,以"有色金属钨及硬质合金技术创新战略联盟"和"半导体照明产业技术创新战略联盟"两个技术创新战略联盟为对象,分析组织资源、网络资源、系统资源的形成机理及其在系统构建过程中的作用。研究结果表明:在系统构建过程中,组织资源、网络资源、系统资源是相互作用,共同演化的关系。网络资源对系统资源、组织资源形成产生正向作用;系统资源对组织资源、网络资源形成产生正向作用;组织资源对网络资源、系统资源既有正向作用,也有负向作用。
