创业导向、家族涉入与新创家族企业成长

摘要：

本文关注的是新创家族企业创业导向的问题。基于创业导向和企业绩效关系的理论框架,运用中国京津冀地区407个新创家族企业的样本,实证检验了创业导向和新创家族企业成长的关系,研究表明创业导向对新创家族企业的成长具有正向影响。并运用社会情感财富理论,构建家族涉入影响新创家族企业创业导向作用效果的理论逻辑,实证研究家族涉入对创业导向和新创家族企业成长关系的调节作用。研究发现,家族涉入负向调节创业导向与新创家族企业成长的关系,家族涉入程度越高,创业导向对新创家族企业成长的正向影响越弱。涉及到创业导向维度,只有前瞻性维度和新创家族企业成长呈显著的正向关系;家族涉入负向调节创新性维度、风险承担性维度与新创家族企业成长的关系。基于上述结论,提出了针对创业者和新创家族企业的管理启示。
