摘要：

如何实现城市公共品的有效供给是城市建设中的重要议题.依据来自城市公共品相关者的评价,在对城市公共品的类型、供给方式和监管模式进行分类的基础上,运用基于犹豫模糊理论的组合匹配模型,对城市公共品的类型、供给方式和监管模式之间的组合关系进行数量分析,探讨城市公共品三方组合的最佳方式.通过实例说明所提方法的实用性和有效性,力图为提高我国城市公共品有效供给提供分析工具和决策借鉴.
