世界开放大变局：基于对外开放指数的测度

摘要：

在逆全球化现象汹涌之际,科学测度世界开放变局和探究各经济体开放潜力是必要的。本文简要阐释对外开放的概念和对外开放理论的构建思路,提出经济开放度U型演进假说,从外贸外资角度概要分析对外开放的合意性并构建测度129个经济体对外开放度的指标体系。结果显示,自2008年以来,世界开放正处于大变局之中:美国的对外开放度呈缩小势头,但中国等主要新兴经济体逆势扩大开放,缓解了逆全球化现象。展望未来,中国对外开放潜力巨大,仍能为扩大世界开放做出积极贡献。
