民营企业家社会关系资本对研发投资决策影响的实证研究

摘要：

民营企业的研发投资不足是当前提高我国技术创新能力的最大难点。本论文将研发投资决策分为二阶段决策——首先决策是否进行研发投资,其次决策研发投资多少,基于全国民营企业的抽样调查数据,运用TSLS回归方法进行实证研究发现:民营企业家银行关系资本、协会关系资本均对民营企业研发投资倾向有显著的积极影响,且协会关系资本对研发投资强度有显著促进作用,但民营企业家的政治关系资本对民营企业的研发投资倾向、研发投资强度呈显著的消极影响。研究结果表明,社会关系资本作为一种非正式机制,在民营企业的研发投资决策中发挥着不同的作用,这对于政府提高民营企业的创新主体地位,以及提升民营企业家研发投资决策能力,均有积极的理论指导和实践借鉴。
